Jorge came at 11pm all the way from Stamford to New York City to help us with a flood that we had at our place. He was very helpful and quick in fixing our problem and cleaning the drains. He even helped us with other problems around the house. You can tell that he really cares about his Job and his clients. He truly the person to call when you have an issue. Highly recommend.
We used Rodri’s for the first time today and was simply blown away by his work. We experienced a water backup that flooded our laundry room and storage area. Immediately we saw that his skills at identifying the plumbing issue was evident. He used his technology to uncover a large clot in our major line to the drywall. He had to dig a few feet down to find the problem. He cleaned the line entirely, closed the hole, tested the water lines to our washing machine and kitchen sink, and cleaned up everything perfectly. The level of professionalism is one we often do not see. He’s almost “old school” in that he takes his time and is thorough, focused and smart. He is most definitely our go to plumber for future jobs!
